Transparent, flat-fee dive medicine. Self-pay only (recreational clearance isn't typically covered by insurance) — cash, credit/debit, HSA, and FSA accepted. Payment due at time of service; itemized receipt provided.
Your tier is determined by the DAN/WRSTC Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire. Download the form here and complete Page 1 before booking — it takes two minutes.
Separate from the recreational tiers above. Commercial diving medicals are fitness-for-duty examinations performed to the ADCI Consensus Standard, 6.5 Edition, and are billed to the employer rather than the diver.
One flat per-diver rate covers the physician examination, laboratory work, chest imaging, and on-site diagnostics — EKG, spirometry, and audiometry. You receive one invoice and one signed fitness-for-duty determination per diver.
Quoted per crew. Volume and exam type (baseline versus annual recertification) both affect the rate.
Labs and imaging are scheduled locally in advance so results are in hand when we arrive. Your crew is then worked through in a single consolidated exam day rather than losing a day per diver.
Serving Corpus Christi, Aransas Pass, Rockport, Port Aransas, Ingleside, and the wider Texas Gulf Coast.
Physician-led topside medical oversight and dive safety support for marine film and television productions. Dive with a Doc provides standby physician coverage, emergency action planning, and water-specific medical protocols built from real emergency-medicine and rescue experience.
A dive-certified physician at your side for trips and expeditions — full-service private medical escorts for divers who want clinical expertise in the water with them.
Escorts and production engagements are quoted individually based on scope, duration, and location.
